We actually were able to get in this spring for tap and ballet. Just signed her up yesterday and then went to get her cute little outfit and Yaya and I took her last night to get her very own ballet and tap shoes. She was so funny in the store. Definetly she prefers the tap shoes! So this morning was her first class with Miss Eva. She was super shy at first and had her hands in her mouth. She wouldn't let me out of her sight. She was so funny, wanting me close to her. But, as soon as they went in a circle and another little girl held her hand she was fine without me right there. Although always she had her eyes on me. She didn't do much of the ballet part other than when they leaped over miss Eva she did her part very well. I caught her on the bar on her tippies and it was by far the cutest. When it was time to tap she loved it! It was pretty noisy all the girls love to tap...They did a few routines and then it was the end of class and all the ballerinas got stamps on their hands. Seemed to be all of their favorite part. So neat to see her try something new. She called daddy right after and said "I did dancing" "I like it".

Noah's starts Baseball
Go Cardinals! #6

This season should be a lot of fun. It's coach pitch and after 3 pitches they can hit off the tee. The first practice was so cute. Noah did much better this year with not having to touch the ball and be involved in every play. He hit some slammers first time running bases he took a few shortcuts. He ran the right way just way short of each base and of course sliding home each time. He played pitcher alot and then first base. Tim is coaching again this year. He pitches to the kids mostly and does alot of dodging of bats and balls coming his way. Noah sure loves being on the field. Their first game I actually missed. i was pretty upset about having only a couple days notice. But, everyone came and cheered for him. Can't wait to see him grow durning this season. Go NOAH!!!

Ella in tap shoes
For a very long time Ella has showed intrest in dancing and of course always on her tippies. The community center where she has toddler classes also has ballet and tap for 2 1/2yo. She will be 2 1/2 next month already. So I asked her if she wants to do tap and ballet. She was exctited and after her bath wanted her jammies with the ballerinas on it. Then she kept pointing at the ballerinas on her jammies and saying she likes theblue and puuple bow-a-wee-nas. I looked in her closet and spotted my old tap and ballet shoe box. I took it down and the shoes almost fit her. Only 2 sizes too big. So I let her play with the tap shoews and she loved it. She had the biggest smile on her face and wanted everyone to watch her. It was sooo cute. So guess we will be taking her to ballet soon.

Buffet at Red Rock
Usually not a big fan of Buffet's. you wait in a line forever, the food is never upto par but, you're starving after waiting so long you eat it anyway and it was too much $$$. But, dang we all really liked RR's Buffet. Worth the lines and the food was fantastic! Mom and Dad got a gift card for their anniversary and decided to take the whole gang out. It was a nice time out. Kids had a great time and ate sooo much. Noah loved the shrimp and Ella loved the Bar-Q - well it was actually sweet and sour sauce but, she calls it Bar-Q. Ha! The best was her face and reaction to the dessert station. I swear she had the same reaction Christmas morning as she did when she saw all the cake, pie, ice cream and sundae bar. She was so happy with her pink ice cream w/ chocolate, sprinkles and strawberries. It was fun!
Don't Judge Me!
Okay, so I am far from a clean freak if you've ever been over our house you will probably see some dishes in the sink, some unfolded laundry in the hallway, always some toys, and the occasional misc mess that i just hadn't got to yet. I wouldn't say i'm a slob but, I'm a mom, wife and just plain busy. I have priorities and usually a spotless, clean house is not one of them. Anyhow, so the kids like to take all the cushions off the couch and jump around. I was getting some work done on my laptop (no I wasn't on Facebook- I was putting in orders for PC last day of the month) and I look over on the couch and see a few crumbs then in the back something shiny like a christmas bulb! Then I see another shiny bulb as the keep jumping I can see more stuff way back there. So I decide to go in and investigate turns out I have the deepest couch and my whole arm fits inside. I dug out to my surprise about a boxof old cheerios, goldfish, snack wrappers, game peices, old toys kids haven't seen in years, combs brushes, an infant toothbrush of Noah's and just junk. I had to take a picture cause I was pretty impressed how all this stuff has been collecting back there. But, no cash...booo! Anyway, don't judge me. If you've been to my house while it is a little messy then we are true friends and if you don't like it chances are you won't be coming back. I try to enjoy the mess because mostly it's the kids and I know someday in the blink of an eye i will not have toys scattered, cereal spills and that will be when they are grown. So I am going to enjoy it, or try to at least!

My "Surprise" trip to see Robin

So a while back i thought I would go to North Carolina for Robin's 30th birthday. I bought the ticket and only a few people knew i was coming. because i needed a ride from the airport I had contacted some of her friends and I thought her friends at work could arrange a b-day dinner that I could pop in on for the big surprise. It almost turned out but, a few days before she was very suspiosous and convienced it was me. I didn't give in till I was in Dallas on a lay over and she called me. Although it wasn't the actual surprise i had planned she was real happy i was on my way. Her friends Jessica and Kristy came to pick me up and she had no idea they were coming so that was fun. A big group of us helped her celebrate with Margaritas and mexican food at one of her favorites. it was so much fun. Then I got to meet Huey, hers and chris's new pup. He is so cute, 10 week old mastiff. he is going to be a biggie. robin and I stayed up drank some wine and watched a movie and went to bed. Cole came the next morning and i surprised him. we went to see diary of a wimpy kid and had lunch. It was fun to hang out with cole (who is almost as tall as me) I can not believe it! Then we went home for a quick nap and back out to dinner and home for more movies and fun. Sat. morning robin and I went to zumba class and then we dropped Cole off with Robin's mom for spring break and an Egg hunt. Where Robin and I kinda got stranded but, it was funny. Her mom came back to give us a jump and then we were off to shop and go to see Bounty Hunter. Then after the movie we had Japanese food so I was happy. Came home and jsut did our normal hang out and talk. Took the most hilarious hidden video of her (which i am never allowed to share) we had some great talks and laughed till our tummy's hurt then fell asleep. Sunday morning it was real rainy so we went on a mission for some hot soup. Ended up at Ruby tuesdays with brown salad, yuck sweet tea and hard biscuts. But, did have good soup! It was about time to pack and leave already so Robin web cam'd w/ Chris since he was getting ready to leave to come home while I web cam'd Tim and Noah. It was a great trip, always is. Just what I needed. Although it was a fast 3 days they were filled to the max with good times. can't wait for the next one already.
