We had a great time visiting Tim's unlce George, Judy, and Grandma Hazel. It was great that Katie and Roger were able to come up as well. We stayed at Grandma's house and it was a great experience. It was my first time so it was neat to see where Hazel lived so many years. The most memerable thing was seeing a height chart in the kitchen with Timmy's name and his height at 3 years old. I had Ella stand next to her daddy's mark since she was very close to his age at the time he stood there. We were able to visit Hazel a few times which was the best part of the trip. She was happy and lit up when she was watching the kids and truly seemed like she knew we were there for her. Kids made her a personalized picture frame while we were there and gave it to her with a picture of them sitting on her back porch. We also took the kids to the botanical gardens and to the Denver Zoo which was a great time for us all. Best trip we have taken with the 4 of us. We hope to make another trip soon to beautiful Colorado.
